The experience will take place at the Hipódromo de la Zarzuela in Madrid, at Av. Padre Huidobro, S/N, A6 KM 8, Moncloa - Aravaca, 28023 Madrid.

This experience takes place outdoors. If the event cannot take place due to the weather forecast, we will notify you by email at the same address linked to your Fever account. If you have any questions, remember to also check your spam folder.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on-site; they can only be purchased on the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase.
You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified. For more information, please see our T&Cs.
